All pages of your site must have our ad banner code correctly placed at the top of each page which falls into the category of a page with content (ie. banners are not required on a menu page in a frame).

For free hosting customers, we do not allow you to have ad banners from other ad networks. The banners we enforce are used for free hosted sites to 'pay us' for the hosting, covering the fees for you and allowing us to improve services even greater.

We do not allow stored or linked pirated software (warez), pornographic photos or videos, or excessive explicit language on our web server.

We will not permit copyrighted sound or video files, this includes, but is not limited to .mp3, .wav, .avi, .mpg, .mp2, .au, or a .zip, .rar, etc of these files on the server, unless you have permission from the copyright holder to do so.

If you have a problem with anyone from a fellow hosted site or our staff, do not get into any public flame wars or anything of the type, please resolve your differences in private instead.

All persons who update your web site must be instructed of all rules and regulations before updating the site, and what they do is your personal responsibility.

Unless otherwise specified, sites should be updated and maintained appropriately.

Java Applets, JavaScript, Shockwave, CSS, DHTML, MID/MOD etc. are all allowed but support will not be provided on using these, please seek information on sites which focus on the appropriate topic.

Downloads cannot be served via the webserver, and instead an edgefiles service is provided.

Though disk usage is not limited, usage must be within reason. We do not permit using your site as a "personal storage" reserve, all files must have a purpose relating to your website.

We reserve the right to change this at any time, with or without notice to you. We will strive to give you notice, and will generally allow a grace period if there are changes, but we give no guarantee, as it will be based on the circumstances at the time.
