If your site happens to be a domain site, and you do not know about/what DNS Servers are, then this is for you. For domains, they just point to an IP Address, and it is defined in the Internic Database as to where it is looked up where the domain points to, called Nameservers. So that we are able to provide your site accordingly and allow subhosting, we prefer that you use our Nameservers, not doing so is possible but only creates more problems for you.
Since there are many domain resellers these days we cannot provide specific instructions on changing your Nameservers, however all resellers should have instructions on doing so. The details you will need are below:
Primary Server Hostname: NS1.EDGENETWK.COM
Primary Server Netaddress: 69.93.30.196
Secondary Server Hostname: NS2.EDGENETWK.COM
Secondary Server Netaddress: 69.93.30.197
Changing nameservers often will take up to 24 hours for the change to be completed.
However, there are going to be many cases where you will want to work on your site in the meantime, we allow this with ease! For example if your site is "www.example.com", you could type the following URL into your browser and work with it as if you were typing the real thing:
http://www.example.com.edgehosting.net/
Easy eh? This will work for *any* URL created in the system, from Virtual Sites, Subdomains, and quite obviously - full domains.
